Extra large room

I have a very large double room to rent in a large house. I’ve just moved here so still in the process of making it mine.
I do have dogs and cats so must like animals.
I’m very clean and love cleaning so all I ask is that you are clean too.
I’m friendly and like a laugh.
I may only be home in the week as I work from home then away at weekends.
You will have your own fridge/freezer and other bits.
My cats keep to themselves mostly with me and my dogs come with me when I go away.
The bedroom I’m renting at present will be getting a make over so the pic just shows how it is now.
