Room to rent in detached house Sherburn

Hi,

I’m looking for a lodger in my 3 bed detached house located in sherburn village. It’s a 10 minute drive from the centre of Durham or 15 minutes on the bus, there is a bus stop 30 seconds from the front door. The house has parking and is based in a quiet cul de sac. It’s a double room with a double bed in and wardrobe etc, I’m looking for £450pcm all bills included (subject to reasonable usage). The house comes equipped with a full kitchen and a washing machine that you’ll have use of. I currently have fibre internet that averages at over 70MB/S. Kitchen, bathroom and living room would be shared between us.

Anyway, a bit about me. I’m 21 and currently work for the department for work and pensions. I’m into my cycling (used to race XC and cyclocross bikes), running and a bit of mountaineering in my free time. I also have an interest in cars, both driving and working on them.
