Two single rooms in a 3-bedroom house

Hi there,

I’m renting out my guest room. I’d love to share our house with someone who is clean and loves dogs and can be a good friend to my fur baby (Muffin).

My spare room is a single room with a double bed and a wardrobe. You will share the Kitchen, bathroom and dining area with me and Muffin. You also have access to the garden & you’re more than welcome to do a bit of gardening should you wish to ;) or have BBQ.
All bills (electricity, gas, water and internet) are included. There is a bus stop right outside the house with a bus to Durham.
There is also free parking outside on the street as well as a parking space in our driveway.
We have the fastest internet speed available.

The duration of stay can be negotiated.
References required.
