So first of all I'm a chilled out person, I enjoy gaming, formula 1.

There are no kids living in the property just myself.

1 room is available which has a large wardrobe and a double bed, tv.

Bus stops are about 3-5 mins away,

All bills would be included, providing your not running any mining equipment, or something that would blow up the energy bill..

The ideal person will be mindful of neighbor relations, so not listening to loud music after 8pm or before 10am, respectful and respectfully clean / tidy.
