So first of all I'm a chilled out person, I enjoy gaming, formula 1.

1 room has been taken by a nice lad,, 1 room is left which has a large wardrobe and a double bed, TV and shelf space.

Happy to accept couples but the room is advertised for a single person only so the price would have to be negotiated.
Bus stops are about 3-5 mins away,

The ideal person will be mindful of neighbor relations, so not listening to loud music after 8pm or before 10am, respectful and respectfully clean / tidy.
