Sole Occupancy of a lovely 4 bed house

Hi,
I work away most week nights (on average I am home one night a fortnight). I am looking to rent out the spare room (which is a lovely double room) to a professional who will treat the house as their own. You will have sole occupancy of the house most of the time.
The house is close to Durham city and university, located in a small village just to the South of the center and about 5 mintues from the A1. There are frequent buses into the city and to the train station (about 10 minutes away).
There is a large dining kitchen with all the usual amenities, plus a utility room with washer and dryer. The lounge has a large TV and study area to work at. Good size gardens, parking etc.
