The house is located on the Thinford fringe of Spennymoor and therefore ideally placed for a speedy commute directly down to the A1M, A19, A689 and A167, connecting all the local towns and cities that are nearby, particularly Durham, Darlington, Newton Aycliffe, Sedgefield and Bishop Auckland.
Public transport is right on the doorstep and services run on a very regular basis.
The house is particularly well suited for anyone travelling to the University buildings, Durham County Council or the local university hospital in Durham and especially those involved with the new Integra-61 development (Amazon Depot) being approximately only 2 miles away (less than a 5 minute drive).
The number 7 runs directly through Durham towards the University Hospital and County Hall.
The number 6 into the city centre past the University buildings and Bill Bryson library.
Bus saver passes can be obtained for students which allows you to travel anywhere in County Durham for only £1 per day.

There is a large farmhouse style kitchen table that seats 10-12 people.
The garden has plenty of outside space with lots of tables, chairs and loungers to sit out and relax whilst enjoying either a morning cup of coffee or a refreshing glass of something cold in the evening sunshine, no matter what time of day there is a sunny spot somewhere to be found (obviously weather permitting) from sunrise through to sunset.
We have private off road parking accessed by electric gates to the side of the house.
All bedrooms are decorated to an excellent standard, freshly painted and flooded with natural light.
Comfortable beds, chests of drawers, bedside cabinets with lights, flat screen televisions, plenty of storage etc available too.
All rooms have desks, some have arm chairs to relax plus a few other homely touches.
Spennymoor is well served with numerous bars, restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, a public library, banks, 3x chemists, 3x health centres, 2x dentists, a large leisure centre with swimming pool and there are numerous gyms within a short walking distance from the property.
