The room is a well-furnished, spacious double bedroom overlooking the garden. It has ample storage space and an adjoining bathroom.

The rent includes all bills, breakfast and dinner the use of the washing machine and wifi. There is a garage and plentiful storage if required.

Previous long-term tenants have included a careers' adviser who worked in Consett, and a doctor who worked in Durham.
