Room to Rent

I'm looking for someone to make use of a single room in my larger style semi datached. There's a day bed, wardrobe, drawers, bedside drawers, TV, wifi, views across the valley, large bathroom across the landing, parking space and a bus stop about 100 yards away for Newcastle etc. in 35 mins.
I' m easy going, friendly and enjoy cooking. I have very friendly pets who love meeting new people and have two teenage daughters who visit most weekends for family meals, movies, BBQs etc.
