Single room for rent in Stanley area. House is ideally located on a bus rote that travels to both Durham and Newcastle so convenient for those that are studying, however do not wish to live in the city center. Home is shared with two small dogs and two cats. Non smoker preferred as current occupant is a non smoker. Sharer is welcome to use living areas including shared kitchen, living room and bathroom. Preferably a mature student wanted, that is clean and friendly. All bills included with the exception of food. Room is fully furnished along with all other living quarters. Currently one female occupant living within the property.
