We have lovely, freshly painted double rooms available now in a large house in station town/wingate! Each bedroom is a good size and private with superfast broadband! There are only 3 rooms so you are not overcrowded, and the large kitchen has everything you need to live comfortably with all mod-cons.

It is 10 minute walk to local shops and restaurants. Bills are included in the rental price including superfast broadband, council tax and all utility bills. A cleaner is also provided monthly.

As professional landlords we care about the safety of our tenants, so the whole house is fitted with the latest safety equipment including wired smoke detectors. We try to look after you well by providing a personal service and fast response to any query or problem.

What about the bathroom and kitchen?
There is one shared bathroom with a bath/shower combi.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a large cooker and hob, 1 x fridge/freezers, microwave oven, washing machine, tumble dryer, and plenty of cupboard and storage space. We also provide a vacuum cleaner. We want to make it as easy as possible to move in and live, so we also provide a set of pots and pans and enough crockery, cutlery and drinking glasses for all tenants living in the house. There is a mop & bucket, dustpan and brush and various cleaning items that you might need! Although we also provide a monthly cleaner for all communal areas.

What's the minimum length of time I can rent for?
We prioritise tenants who can commit to a minimum of 6 months tenancy. However, we can do a month by month basis.

References and background checks will be required on application.

Do you pay a deposit?
Yes, just £450 which is refunded upon check out as long as everything OK with room and up to date with rent.
