Basic house rules apply - no overnight guests, no pets, no smoking, no drugs and to keep it clean at all times.

My Moto is leave things as you found them, and ready for the other perspn to use immediately.

Especially in the kitchen if cooking, You have your own undercounter fridge and food cupboards within the kitchen.

You're welcome to use any of the equipment & auxiliaries in the kitchen. Any breakages must be replaced or paid for

*Bills are included at a fair usage. One month's rent up front, as deposit £600. Plus 1st months rent £1200.

The rent is paid 1st of the month and if you leave part month, you'll still have to pay for the full month.
