You basically have your own floor and I am on the upper floor - so very private, quiet and respectful to everyone in the house. This is not a HMO, it is a private residence and quiet.

I am away quite at times, so it is not shared too much. I have a dog Buddy who goes away with me, he's well trained, hypoallergenic and house trained. He has his own areas but good for security and company.

On street parking at front of the house available.

Local to amenities and transport routes.(58/59).

WITHIN 10 Min walk to North Tees University hospital and would suit a professional from the hospital and perfect for shifts.

Communial kitchen and living room area.

I'm a tidy person and expect the house to be respected at all times.

It's a quiet household and 10pm to 8am are good sleeping periods to keep. I sometimes travel and leave you to keep the house clean. Respectful environment.

Basic house rules apply - no overnight guests, no pets, no smoking, no drugs and to keep it clean at all times.

My Moto is leave things as you found them, and ready for the other perspn to use immediately. Especially in the kitchen if cooking.
