Housemate wanted

3 bedroom house. 2 doubles and the single is an office which can be used if you work from home also. Sits beside the North Tees hospital so would suit NHS staff in Stockton. Double bedroom furnished. 2 bathrooms in home. Big (ish) south facing garden. Two parking spaces. I live alone and work both from home and in the community.
My current lodger is a doctor at the North Tees and leaves in February due to work contract expiring.
I'm not in a rush to replace and get another lodger, it is more dependent on the individual and whether we match up well rather than just saying yes.
I am out the house at times so won't always be around, so you'll have to manage the house yourself at times.
