The house is as recently refurbished and is nicely decorated. It is situated in a nice part of Stockton in Repton Avenue, and is walking distance from the hospital, which is just on the other side of Durham road.

The room is suitable only for a quiet and tidy person who is a non smoker and is in full employment. Overnight guests are not permitted. Not suitable for couples.
