Double room to rent close to North Tees Hospital

Just to get off on the right foot and also not waste your time I thought I’d tell you a bit about me and also some notes on the house and if that sounds okay for you, just hit me up!

I’m a very friendly person but also quite like my space so don’t worry, I won’t bother you.

I live in a 3 bedroom house - one room i sleep in, one room I use as a dressing room and then the other is currently free. The room has a double bed, side table, a wardrobe and a small dresser. The house has one bathroom which will be shared. There’s also storage in the loft if you need to put stuff away for some time.

I do a full house clean every 2 weeks - sometimes this can slip and I’m not averse to us getting a cleaner and splitting the price if that’ll be easier for us seeing as it’ll be two people using the house and not just one so it’ll get dirtier quicker.

You’d have access to the living room, kitchen, bathroom and garden and can use it as you please as long as it is left clean and tidy after use. The house also has a full fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and TVs you can use.

I don’t have any pets and would like to keep the house pet-free also.

You can feel free to have friends over at anytime but no big parties please.

It’ll be £500 per month and this includes council tax and electricity/gas, water and WiFi bills. However, this is based on a budget of £130 for bills per month. Off the bills exceed this (e. g. in winter months), we can split the excess equally.
