i have room for rent it is a loft conversion room but there is also another room there which you could use as a living space if you wish to. Its in a nice quiet part of the village bus runs every 20mins into durham which is only 3 miles away. room is furnished will have your own privacy, room is free from now as my current lodger is moving back home. house has 5 bedrooms, living room, dinning room, kitchen with washing machine and tumble dryer, bathroom with shower.
