I have a spare double room available. There are 2 rooms in the house.
Rent is £275 a month, bills are about £150 (council tax, gas, electric, water & wifi- obviously this will vary throughout the year with gas and electric)
The house is opposite a Morrisons, has lots of great walks nearby and a pub in the village. It takes 10 minutes to get into the centre of Durham either on the X15 bus, or by car. 5 minutes from University Hospital, Lidl and Pure Gym under 10 mins away.
I am a chilled out sociable & friendly housemate, I work Monday to Friday normal working hours. I am quite often out in the evenings playing netball & like to see friends on the weekend. I like to keep the house tidy and hope that you would too.
Ideally looking for a female who is working and similar in age!
