Large Double Room in Ekn town centre

The room is a large double room upstairs with a double bed and fitted cupboards. The bathroom is shared, on the ground floor and has an electric shower.

The house is a three bedroom home, 10 mins walk into town centre just off the Sligo Rd in a small, quiet park

There is unlimited wifi, dishwasher & washing machine. Gardens and patio outside and parking in front of the house.
Bills include oil, electric, gas and wifi and vary from 30-50 per month depending on how much oil we use!

I'm a professional woman seeking a house share with 1 working person, who has experienced living in shared houses before, and is reasonably tidy.

The medium sized dog has unrestricted access to the main rooms, but has no access to the bedrooms.
