Room Under Consideration

ROOM UNDER CONSIDERATION. Preferred, professional female but other female applicants will be considered. Room in home situated in Castlerock 6 miles from Coleraine 8 minutes journey by train. On first floor of a Victorian family home. Railway station, Golf Club, beach, shops and places to eat and drink all within walking distance in only a couple of minutes. Great if you like the outdoors and photography but with the train being so convenient to you (1 min) you can go where ever you wish!

There is use of the washing machine downstairs.

This house is home to Mum and her 2 young adults 20 & 23 and one other lady lodger (36). Another daughter is at university in Belfast so will come home occasionally!

We do have a large black dog (Boxer/Labrador cross). He is very friendly but he does have a loud bark. He likes lots of attention.

My other tenant is very nice but she appreciates her own space and quietness at night.
