Bargain room to rent in Coleraine centre

Hi, I am 26 years old, in 3rd year uni at Coleraine and looking for a housemate. I won't be going out or anything and only there during the week. The house is very close to the train station and town centre. There is a shared kitchen, living room and bathroom.
The room is small hence the low price. Message if you have any questions.
Wifi is £14 a month, oil is a one off payment of roughly £80 and electricity is pay as you go but works out very cheap.
