The rooms would be perfect for a professional working close by such as the Inland Revenue, Hospital, Police, County Council. Masters Students of UUC welcomed including foreign students. Or other sensible person in their 20's or early 30's.


As a landlord I spend extremely little time there as I work away from Northern Ireland. The house is a 3 story with a huge bedroom, large bedroom and medium bedroom to rent on the middle floor (These rooms share a bathroom). There is also a large ensuite room with walk in closet on the top floor.
