Hi - I am looking for someone to share my flat within Coleraine town centre.

The available room is a good sized room with a double bed, bedside table, chest of drawers and wardrobe which faces out to the back of the property so it is very quiet. The new tenant will also have their own bathroom with bath/shower, toilet, sink etc.

There is also an allocated parking space available at no extra cost if required.

The flat is fully furnished so you wont need any of your own.

The lounge and kitchen areas are the only shared rooms and again it is vrry modern and consists fridge/freezer, washing machine and dryer, dishwasher etc.

Internet is included in the price with the only other expense being electric and gas which doesnt work out to be a lot.

I work full time and like to keep the place clean and tidy so ideally I would like someone similar either male or female.
