Spacious double room

The house is newly painted and decorated throughout. A new kitchen and bathroom have been fitted and there is a second living room and downstairs toilet. The bedroom is spacious with double bed, two bedside lockers, deep three drawer unit and large wardrobe with mirror sliding doors. The house is in a quiet culdasac in the waterside near the hospital. I would like to rent this room to a female and would also consider Monday to Friday rentals.
