Double room to let in large Victorian townhouse

We are a family (a couple with a toddler who will turn 3 in June) looking for someone to let a room we have on the middle floor with its own bathroom. It is a large, bright double room to rent in a beautiful Victorian townhouse located just 5 minutes’ walk from Ulster University’s Magee Campus & 10-minute walk from city centre. We are LGBTQ+ friendly.

We have rented rooms for 10 years, to PhD students, lecturers, artists, personal trainers - from Europe, Africa, North America and Asia.. We especially look for friendly & responsible individuals but respect people who like to keep to themselves. All cleaning is shared week about, using a rota. We seek kind, honest people & especially attract those from other countries - one of us is from Barcelona, another is Northern Irish but a Spanish & French graduate. Music is also an important part of the house.

The house is set over 3 floors, with 2 bathrooms and a downstairs toilet, original fireplaces and an outdoor patio. Other amenities include a washing machine & tumble dryer. Kitchen has all mod-cons inc. 2 ovens and large fridge. Fibre-optic broadband throughout. House of Multiple Occupancy (HMO) certified.
