Double room in quiet area close to town

so it's £60 per week for everything included, thats rent, internet, electricty, oil and internet.

[20 minute walk from city centre, or 4 minute drive
5 minute walk to Magee University]

It's not a party house, I have friends over to watch films and have a drink sometimes but it's not a sesh house. The house of full of musical instruments and both me and my flatmate John frequently practice but the house is quiet most of the time, and respect for other people's space and sleeping times is essential.

We compost all food here and recycle, and would need someone to do all of that as well. That is VERY important to me. :)

We are tidy and clean here, apart from the front room which is currently my studio space for making art so is a mess. but like I say I like to keep the rest of the house pretty tidy.

I am a freelance artist/babysitter, currently not working because of lockdown of course, but I do lots of different jobs. I don't have a 9-5, and I'm at home a lot of the time but then I might be gone for 2 weeks.

There will most likely be a lot of times where you will have the house to yourself for the weekend or longer, when I start to travel again. My flatmate John isn't here full-time. He works for a call centre here in Derry but spends a lot of time with his family an hour away.

The whole house is furnished, but your room won't be. So you would have to get a bed and wardrobe. There are lots of great charity shops here for furniture, and if you don't have a car some of them deliver. Your room would be the biggest in the house because the rest of the house is filled my stuff.

Both me and John are smokers, John smokes in his room or in the kitchen dining area with me. the rest of the house is smoke free. and most of the time, in the summer ill smoke outside.

We don't really mind who we live with, just important that basic trust and cleanliness is there.
