I have a lovely double room available in my modern home, just 3 miles from Derry/Londonderry city centre. The house is in a handy location – close to a local shop, chemist and chippy, with a health club and pool nearby. Altnagelvin Hospital is only a short drive away and Waterside Hospital is practically on the doorstep.

The room comes with the bonus of your own private bathroom. It would be ideal for someone working shifts in healthcare, though mature students and short-term lets are also welcome.

A few things to note:
I have 2 small, friendly dogs, so you’ll need to be comfortable around pets. Sorry, no smokers, heavy drinkers, or working from home.
Monday to Friday lets are preferred.
