The room will be rented out weekly Monday to Friday from £135 plus £10 cleaning fee

Thus, a five night booking will cost £25 a night.
ie. 25x 5 = 125 plus 10. = £135

Alternatively it may be booked for a minimum of three nights at £25 a night,
Example: 25 x 3 = £75 plus £10 cleaning fee, making a total of £85 for 3 nights. Additional nights charged at £25 a night

This flexibility allows an opportunity for a visiting Doctor or Consultant, (for example) to make a significant saving on accommodation costs.

The room must be booked and paid for at least one week in advance.

On checking out, all baggage must be removed from the room. Storage may be provide if returning the following week.

The room and ensuite shower will be thoroughly cleaned and fresh bedding and towels with be provided.

This is a large premium room in a detached house set in a parkland setting by the river Faughan, convenient to Altnagelvin hospital.
with it's own private ensuite.
Off street carparking, WiFi, heat and light included.

If you do not have a car a lift to the proximity of the hospital may be available most mornings.

A light complementary breakfast will be available to self serve; cereal, tea/coffee and toast with fruit etc.

The room will be available to rent for from 2 April
