Appliances: Access to a brand-new washing machine, condenser tumble dryer, and dishwasher.
Living Situation: Very quiet and peaceful living environment.
It will only be me and the successful applicant living in the house.
House Rules & Requirements:
Strictly no couples. This is strictly a single occupancy only.
A written agreement will be signed, with a completely flexible term dependent on your requirements and a professional invoice/receipt will be issued for your deposit.
Privacy: All bedroom doors have locks for privacy and security.
Bills - everything is included, heating, WiFi, electric but I respectfully request that the tumble dryer is only to be used for a maximum of two laundry cycles each week by any lodger to allow me to manage the high electricity costs as it is an expensive appliance to use.
