Double room for rent

Double bedroom in a beautifully decorated and well furnished house in Derry. It is well situated in the heart of the city, right beside Foyleside. The house is split over 3 levels with kitchen, living room and bathroom all on ground floor. No smoking is permitted inside the house, however there is a well sheltered garden to accomodate smokers. What I am looking for is a friendly and sociable individual, who will leave the house clean and tidy (as they will find it). Also, as there are neighbours on both sides there are no parties in the house. Young professional or mature student preferred. House benefits from oil heating, washing machine and tumble dryer. Only dog lovers need apply.
