Ground Floor Penthouse

A new build in Magherafelt, one of the penthouse apartments beside the police station. I am starting a medical degree in mental health nursing and have been thinking about renting out the spare room, which actually has it's own door to get in/outside. The apartment is finished to an extremely high standard and spec which includes built in smart appliances etc. Looking for someone who will respect the home and keep it nice and tidy too. It is a beautiful home that anyone will really enjoy. The room can come furnished or unfurnished and the new flatmate is welcome to use anything in the house (pot, pans etc).
