Double Room Ensuite

I'm a 26 year old female who has gone back to study at Ulster university Coleraine. I will be starting my final year of uni in sept 2021. This flat is a 3 bedroom flat, 2 doubles and one small single. I use the single room as an office as I am also a business manager so need a decent working space. Therefore, to make it fair I leave the bigger double room which has an en-suite for someone else to move into. I'm friendly, social and like an occasional gin! However, I also have a very heavy workload and like a clean flat. Looking for someone who is also maybe in final year or post grad or Young professional, who will get on well with and suitable lifestyle. Any questions, let me know :)
