One of our flatmates did not make it into his second year of study, therefore we have a spare room available for £50 a week. The full rent is paid in 3 installments of £500 which falls on a similar date to that of which we receive student loans. For the record, this will not be a party house. Both male and female welcome and would prefer them to be a mature individual.
