Large room to let in friendly household

Hi . I'm Ashleigh and I live in a huge flat with my housemate Nikki . We are looking for someone to join us . There is a double room for rent in our flat which has been recently renovated . The flat is on the front street in Alston which is a beautiful little Market town .We both work together at a local outdoor centre and we enjoy spending time in the outdoors on our days off . It would be great to have a likeminded housemate who would appreciate our long irregular work patterns .

All bills are included in the rent but a contribution towards Internet and household essentials would be required each month .
