Beautiful garden room plus in quite house

Hi

We're moving out of our family home and would like it to become a home for someone who will be as relaxed and happy in it as we were.

There are 3 double/king size rooms

The 1st is a large King size room, with its own outside access, it has a porch with a main door and patio doors that open out on to a pretty garden.

The second has a king size bed and looks out on to a garden

The 3rd has a double bed has a window box, also looks out onto a garden this room also has a washbasin.

All 3 rooms have masses of storage space.

All 3 rooms can or do have a sofa or an armchair if you wish it.

As there is no living room.

The house is extremely well equipped with pots, crockery, cutlery, etc 2 ovens 2 large fridge freezers, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble drier. again with lots of cupboard space for your personal use

The cost of each room includes all bills, Wifi, cleaning products. Toilet rolls, dishwasher tablets (everything except clothes washing powder.

All housemates are expected to clear up after themselves.

I will be there on a regular basis to spring clean and to attend to maintenance needed or just to chat to if you wish. I may stay over in an empty room occasionally so I'm looking for someone who is sociable but respects privacy as I do.
