1. Large single renovated basement room. Own sink. Single bed. Would accept a couple. Available 25th Feb.
2. Large single room, bay window. Light. Available 10th Feb.

Rent includes: all bills, toilet rolls, cleaning items, use of laundry facilities and a cleaner comes once a week. Internet and TV licence if required not included though available for additional payment and set up.

Two kitchens and two bathrooms. Allocated kitchen cupboards.
Bike storage available. Laundry.

Seeking clean, tidy and considerate people only. We expect you to clean up after yourself, keep your room in good order and do a recycling/bin rota once every 7 weeks.
References are required.
Room can only be held if you want it with a deposit.

Viewings by arrangement, in the mornings usually.
Deposit held by the DPS. 6 Month tenancy.
Live out landlord although visits weekly to to safety tests, maintenance, cleaning and generally making sure everyone is ok! Able to give helpful advice about relocating to Ambleside/UK.
8 rooms in each house and we have two next to each other. Range of ages from 25 to 60. No living room I'm afraid.
