Your welcome to use the kitchen, and living room, dining room with table and chairs, which are down stairs. kitchen cupboard can be made available for your use only and a shelf in the fridge.

workington and Cockermouth are 10 to 15 minutes drive away.

West Lakes science Park is a quick commute then onto Sellafield.

West Cumberland hospital is a ten minute drive.
Gym and swimming pool a short commute.
