Rural, quiet home

Just a quick note about us....
We all work, some of us weirder hours then others, we like our own space but do have the occasional chat in kitchen or living room upstairs. . . BBQs are a treat we take part in often during thw summer months. The way the house is laid out, we are in our own little bubbles.
We are all quite chilled, looking for someone who is the same, knows how to tidy up after themselves & happy living in a shared environment. (majority of us have been here well over 2years now)

Large old farm house & barn which has been converted into a rather large spacious L-shaped house.
Kitchen is equipped with most items needed, though washing up will have to occur regularly as we like having a clean kitchen - doesn't need to be spotless, as long as clean.
there is a downstairs bathroom that is open for anyone to use, as well as the upstairs one. (one housemate has their own ensuite)
House has 2 living areas and there is a spare smaller room that is shared.

Bigger than double sized bedroom with shared bathroom. You have access to the backyard from the room. Due to the location of room being next to front door / top of driveway, the driveway space is all yours. (yes you will need to be a driver as public transport is a decent hike away)

Area is quiet and we are looking for the same in people living here. ie no music blaring after 10pm.

The main living area has a wood fire and does churn out A LOT of heat in winter. The way the house has been built, there is plenty of light and the glass panels in ceilings really warm up everywhere (but the kitchen)
Am happy with long or short term, I know it says up to a year, but happy to extend that if need be. Monday to Friday or full week is fine.
There is a garage if you need to store a bike or outdoor activity equipment.
If you are a smoker, smoking is allowed only outside.
Also, yes I have a dog, he is quite chilled, but will 8times out of 10 greet you at the door. Am very sorry, but we won't be able to have someone who has a pet.
