Long Or Short Term. Fulltime Or Mon-Fri(Diff Rate)

The room is larger than a double and located on the first floor with a spare room between yours and another housemate.
Room is furnished as you can see in the pictures. TV is not a smart one unfortunately.

Large old farm house & barn which has been converted into a rather large spacious L-shaped house.

There is 2 shared bathrooms (one upstairs & one downstairs - there is also an ensuite off one of the other rooms which one of housemates has use of only)
Kitchen is equipped with pretty much everything needed.
2 communal living rooms and a large garden to enjoy when the sun decides to make an appearance.

You will need to have a car/transport, as there is no public transport in walking distance. There is plenty of parking, either on drive or street parking directly opposite the house.

The way the house is laid out, we are in our own little bubbles, with plenty of space... no feeling of everyone ontop of each other.
It is difficult to understand the layout and size of it properly, viewings are a must!
(please be aware, some furniture in rest of house might of changed or been rearranged)
We are all quite chilled, looking for someone who is the same, knows how to tidy up after themselves (and actually does. ie hoovering, cleaning kitchen and bathroom) & happy living in a shared environment. (majority of us have been here well over 3years now)

Area is quiet and we are looking for the same in people living here. ie no music blaring after 10pm.

Am happy with long or short term, full time or Monday to Friday (happy to discuss price if only Monday to Friday)
There is a garage if you need to store a bike or outdoor activity equipment.
If you are a smoker, smoking is allowed only outside.
Also, yes I have a dog, he is quite chilled, but will 8times out of 10 greet you at the door. Am very sorry, but we won't be able to have someone who has a pet.
