Pleasant double rooms available now

*Room D available £105 per week (all bills incl.) First floor, double bed, TV, fridge, kettle, drawer unit and wardrobe.
*Room C (Now reserved) large double room £110 per week (all bills incl.) First floor, TV, fridge, kettle, drawer unit and built-in cupboard. I can provide an armchair for this room if you want one.
It's a spacious house on a nice street on Barrow Island, just 4-5 mins walk to BAE, or 10 mins over the bridge into town.
The other two residents are warm & friendly Geordies, who are mature, quiet & clean. They stay just 3 nights per week and work at BAE on nights.
I do accept working applicants who will stay 7 days a week.
We have a very friendly house manager who lives locally and responds quickly and our weekly cleaner keeps the communal areas nice.
There's fast WiFi, gas central heating powered by a quality boiler, a washing machine & drying line, and space for a bike in the outhouse. The well-equipped kitchen has a breakfast bar, microwave, toaster, kettle, gas oven/hobs, and fridge-freezer. The living room has a dining table, comfy sofa and TV.
