Communal areas include - bathroom, shower room, downstairs WC, kitchen and living/dining room.

Bedrooms are fully furnished, including double/small double bed, desk, drawers, hanging rail, bedside table and comfy chair. One set of bed linen and a towel supplied at outset of tenancy (or bring your own if you prefer!)

Kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances, pots, pans, crockery etc all provided.

Communal areas are cleaned weekly by our team. Bedroom can be cleaned for you by separate negotiation.

Current tenant works shifts in BAE. Ideally we're looking for like minded tenants working at BAE, Spirit Energy or the hospital as you'll understand the need to maintain a quiet house for others on shift.

Credit checks and references will be required.

We're a local family run business and being contractors ourselves know exactly what's needed to make a great home from home when you're contracting!

Our rooms are offered on a standard 6 month tenancy agreement BUT with a 1 month break clause included - so should you contract suddenly end you can easily end your accommodation contract too.
