This is a non smoking and quiet household best suited to contractors who prefer non contractor accommodation. £120 per week for up to 4 nights/week. £100 deposit and 1 month in advance. 1 month notice required. Shorter stays may be accommodated dependant on availability at £140/week payable in advance. I work from home and have dogs so please be aware if you have an allergy. The dogs are not allowed in the living room for lodger use or upstairs so it is entirely possible not to come into contact with them during your stay😁Viewings welcomed.
