Recently refurbished en suite double room in private home owned by a quiet mature couple. The room has its own fridge and microwave. We have unlimited fibre broadband and there is a large sitting room with a 37" TV and Freesat available for your exclusive evening use. There will be shared use of the well equipped kitchen, washing machine, dryer, and garden. Our home is situated near the beach with views over the golf course and is close to BAE Systems and Barrow Docks. Local shops, pubs and bus stops are within easy walking distance. The room is available Sunday– Thursday but we could accommodate the occasional weekend stay over.
The room is on the ground floor giving the tenant privacy. The house is fully double glazed and the room benefits from central heating. There is free parking to the side of the house.
Bedding and towels will be laundered and the room cleaned weekly
We wish our tenants to enjoy living with us and we are prepared to make any minor adjustments to suit tenant’s needs. Min 6 month let, £100pw based on single occupancy, terms for double occupancy by negotiation.
