There is ample parking - free around the corner or you can get a permit from the council.

The rooms come furnished with bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers.

Each room as a tv aerial and there is also a large communal tv downstairs.

The house has a washing machine, good size fridge freezer, bathroom with bath and living room. It is fully furnished with cooking equipment if you like cooking or is a short walk into town with a range of fast food or restaurants at your disposal.

A cleaner comes in once a week to keep the place tidy.

The room is available to view day or evening. You could move in the same day. :)
