The house is located on a quiet residential street, within easy commuting to BAE, few minutes walk from a station and the town centre.
It is ideally situated for the local bars and restaurants.

All bills included in the rent - fast broadband connection, TV license, council tax, electricity, gas, central heating.

I am looking for someone who is clean, tidy and friendly. Must be a non-smoker.
