We have fantastic double rooms in a large Victorian house with a pretty outside area. All rooms are excellent size and come fully furnished.
The house has a shared lounge, 2 bathrooms and a utility room equipped with washing machine. Ample parking outside.
There is a fully fitted kitchen, with microwave, fridge, freezer, oven and hob.
The house is located in a quiet residential area, within easy commuting to BAE, few minutes’ walk from a station and the town centre.
It is ideally situated for the local bars and restaurants.

I am looking for someone who is clean, tidy and friendly. Must be a non-smoker.
Internal viewing highly recommended.
All bills included in the rent - broadband connection, TV license, council tax, water, electricity, gas, central heating.
References will be required.
