Downstairs double room. fully furnished with double bed, 2 wardrobes, desk, draws and underbed storage. Located 2 minutes walking distance from the Fusehill Street campus. Shared living room, kitchen and bathroom which are all fully furnished. Good sized yard at rear of house, with 2 outhouses for storage. Parking is available at the front of the house (permit must be applied for permanent parking) (we already have visitor permits). The housemates who will be living at the property are 3 friendly female students (aged 22-29) all studying physiotherapy. They are in their last year of university and will be busy with assignments and placement. For this reason I am looking for a female housemate that is respectful, calm and tidy.
