Large single room

The room has ensuite basin and single bed. We are a clean household, mostly nurses or carers. Central heating is on when things cool later in year. We live together as friends and have free use of facilities such as bathrooms and toilets. There is a single kitchen with induction hob, built-in oven and built-in microwave/oven. The washing machine, tumbler-drier and fridge and freezer are all in a separate room next to the kitchen. All residents share in keeping kitchen and bathrooms clean and tidy.
There are washing lines available to use in the back yard which is partially roofed.
On street parking is freely available in the area. Bikes can be stored in a locked shed.
