Hello there! I'm looking for a relaxed, peaceful flatmate for an extra large master bedroom in my cosy, private house in Denton Holme, Carlisle CA2 - just 15 minutes' walk from the centre of town.

The master bedroom is really large and airy, has a memory-foam mattress, a large very handy walk-in wardrobe with lots of storage, a sofa, blackout blinds and a small desk. It's extremely private and looks out onto an empty lot where the only inhabitants are (a lot!) of seagulls.

Overall, the house is comfortable with wool carpets in the bedrooms, hallways and landing, and oak floors downstairs in the living room and kitchen. In the kitchen there's a gas cooker, washing machine, microwave and a toaster; in the bathroom there's a bath and a shower. The living room's got a big TV, plus there's high speed wireless internet all over the house.

Denton Holme is a popular residential area of Carlisle. There's loads of shops within easy walking distance (Lidl, Aldi, Co-op), plus a nearby chippy, Chinese takeaway and Bargain Booze.
Town is just a short 10/15 minute walk away, plus you can get to the Pools for a daily workout or swim in around 8 minutes. It's also a safe area and very quiet (except for the seagulls!).

All bills are included in the price of the monthly rent for either room (as long as you don't go over the allowance for gas and electric, or there will be a surcharge).
