Spare room in modern, open plan house

I highly recommend viewing as the pictures really dont do the house justice and the room is much bigger than it looks.

I purchased this house a few months ago but have since decided to go to university to study my masters, so would like to get someone in to help me pay my bills. I've got to commute to Lancaster twice a week for uni and work on a weekend.

I have a double bedroom available in my modern, open plan house situated about a 15 minute walk from the town centre, or to the university of cumbria. I am close to lots of local amenities (a coop, post office, pharmacy and sandwich shop just to name a few) and there is on street parking available, no permit required. The room is currently furnished with a double bed, a desk, a wardrobe (but can be swapped to a chest of drawers if preferred as there is also a large cupboard in the corner with hanging space) and a full length mirror. There are two reception rooms in this property, so there is potential for you to have your own living room too.

All bills are included if you are a student, there will be an extra £80 a month if not due to council tax.
