Room with bills.

Hello! I have a double room available in my house for the 6th October!

We’re looking for a third housemate to move in the house with Jess and Rhys, who are both professionals currently occupying two rooms in our 3-bed house. The vibes are chill and welcoming. Rhys loves photography and nurturing his plants, and Jess enjoys travelling and growing veggies!

While this room isn’t en-suite, the occupier typepically gets a claim on the downstairs family bathroom.

The house is in a desirable location, the neighbours are lovely and the rooms are nice and big. The atmosphere in the house is chilled, cosy and laid back.

Bills are included, the fridge is epic and the dryer is a lifesaver.

On-street parking, large backyard, quick route out of Carlisle to the lake district, a 15 min walk from the university campus, 4 min walk to costa and 7 mins to the gym - what more could you want!

As a landlord: I'm pretty chilled, if you're respectful and don't take life too seriously then we will get on great. I really care about the people in my home and focus on a warm, inclusive and comfortable environment.
