Fully furnished double room with en-suite shower room, desk, pin board and storage making it ideal for a student as we are only a 5 minute walk from the Brampton road university campus. Situated above the garage so feels slightly separate from the rest of the upstairs giving the lodger privacy. Kettle, toaster and mini fridge in the room. Shared use of the kitchen, utility room, living room and dining room. Large garden with patio, bbq, lawn and fire pit under the trees.
Lodger must be ok with being in a bustling family home, and we also have a cat. We are looking for someone friendly, polite and tidy.
Off road car parking available on the front drive. Bedding and towels provided. Room will be cleaned weekly by our cleaner.
